Introducing the New Access Perks Employee Engagement Blog

Welcome to our new blog! Many of you probably first learned about us from the Access Loyalty Blog, where we devoted quite a bit of space to the idea of employee engagement. 

There's a close correlation between employee engagement and customer engagement. So go get those employees engaged, right?!

Right. It's not that easy. Employee engagement isn't a switch you can turn on. It's a complex web, with a thousand different factors influencing each employee. 

When engagement works, every employee values their role and takes pride in the company's achievements.

 

When employees become disengaged, they can drag the company down, poison the office environment, or even worse, chase away customers.

In other words, it's serious business.

We think the concept is best explored with a sharper focus than we're able to provide through just the customer loyalty lens. So, we're gearing this blog to address that topic, plus more.

Besides employee engagement, we plan to explore the world of employee benefits, as well as some tutorials on the Access Perks employee discount program. We're also loading up the moving trucks to transport our huge collection of employee engagement and loyalty statistics over here as well.
